An Indiana guy has allegedly found “no remorse” for fatally capturing a subscribed intercourse offender, deputies state. Ricky Allen Kiper Jr., 34, shot and slain 41-60 year old dating 30 year old James c. McClernon on Thursday, based on the Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s workplace, in a crime which was premeditated.
